the newst recvpackets.txt does not allow eq/uneq items (FRO)

Hello I've downloaded the newest SVN aswell as tried to manually update recvpackets.txt (from another forum post, but it turned out to be the same as the one in the svn)
I can't equip nor unequip any items while botting.
I just get disconnected from map server, no error message or anything.
I assume this is because of some packets missing/ beeing changed since the last recvpackets.txt update was done.
Could anyone extract a fresh new file and share it? I tried all the guides but without beeing able to reverse engineer the ragexe.exe I can't find any method to extract them by myself.
