RO4U | Timeout on Map Server

This is some step that i have done,
1. i downloaded the newest openkore
2. i am already get recvpacket.txt with PEEK
3. i am already get the time date stamp (06/08/2013) from PE Explorer
4. i am using GRF Tool and see the clientinfo.xml to setting up the server.txt
5. i am already setup the openkore, this is my server.txt file depend to 4 step above

My Openkore succesfully login to Character server, then select character, but when trying to connect to map server, it's going to timeout, any idea what i must do now ?
