Two Hand Quicken

Hello guys! I am trying to set up Two Hand Quicken buff. Think the problem is the status.
My current setup is:
useSelf_skill Two Hand Quicken {
lvl 10
sp > 50
timeout 3
inLockOnly 1
whenStatusInactive EFST_TWOHANDQUICKEN I tried also: Two Hand Quicken, Two-Hand Quicken, Two- Hand Quicken
notWhileSitting 1
}
Anyone could help setuping it? Thx!
