is there anyway to get the cryptKeys other then PEEK and search in HEX
i didn't find it so i wander if there is way in Wireshark etc

Yes and no.
Yes because u can code it in perl and read straight in exe. Better than PEEK i believe (only if you have all statments of exe since 2013-2015).
