[Plugin] - Check all venders (Plugin not loaded)

Playing on a server with no @whosells I want to be able for the bot to check all vends in the area and then list everything in them and price on a list i can then go through rather than have to click on every vend one by one.
How is this possible?

i have the shopper.pl i open kore with it in my plugins folder but it wont do anything
openkore wont see or load the plugin it is in plugins/shopper/shopper.pl
