according to the guide, this hex number 82 d1 2c 91 should be the version (4 bytes version)

cmiiiw its little endian which mean LSB 82 d1 2c 91 MSB converted into decimal should be 2435633538
kinda odd, I might be totally wrong tho

also the client cookiero.exe is showing a version that isn't available in \src\Network\Receive\kRO
the lastest on is RagexeRE_2010_11_24a

Nope, guide has additional information about packet 04 02. Version is 19 00 00 00 here (25).

I'm having hard time looking for that, I've tried some numbers but to no avail.
