i need help regarding sending PM to player names

i can't seem to send messages to players with player names that have spaces in between them, i'm using console command, i even tried friend list, party list and guild list

example:

pm Aer Killua hey

but after pressing ENTER

Aer is not online

that is the problem, it can't recognize spaces

Have you tried putting a name in quotation marks? Example: "Hybrid Theory", "Aer Killua"
