Need help finding server info for a new private server

Hello everyone,
I am trying a new server I tried looking for its server info but I didnt find anything.
1st I tried using grftool, but it gave me a set of weird codes. Then when I tried using WPE and tried every step from connectivity guide, I couldnt find the .exe or anything for the program at all.

I am new to this, so any guidance of help will be really appreciated.

I pasted a new recvpacket.txt in iRO folder which I extracted.
Still whenever I try to bot I get the following error:
Packet Parser: Unknown switch: 07F9

Can you please just guide me where I am wrong or how can I correct it?

I am still getting some more Packet Parser errors but I will try to solve them myself
