Here's the problem:
I've searching for the solution for 2days but still got the problem.
I already done some solutions posted on FAQs, ServerType and Connectivity Guide pages and look over the forums for an answer
1. recvpackets.txt (i generate this from JCV's tools and replace the older one)
2. serverType (used different values [22, 8_1, 8_2... !, ]
3. charBlockSize (tried different value range)
Here's my server info:
[Omni RO]
ip 204.152.221.55
port 6900
master_version 14
version 25
serverType 8_1
serverEncoding Western
charBlockSize 108
recvpackets recvpackets.txt

Re: OmniRO | Unknown Monsters
NPCs and monsters are shown as "Unknown #xxxxxxxx"
Wrong serverType, on servers.txt, or outdated recvpackets. See Connectivity Guide to get the correct serverType and Packet Length Extractor to extract the recvpackets.txt.
I saw that in FAQ, and made changes accordingly... but still got the problem..

Re: OmniRO | Unknown Monsters
If you made the changes accordingly, why serverType is 8_1 ?

Stop multiplying and actually answering in such topics already when there's a topic in bug reports all of these should be merged into: http://forums.openkore.com/viewtopic.php?t=16664
