I tried the first link. The link to the WPE did not load. I tried Wireshark, the version now is different from the guide. I tried but I still not understand. Sorry but I am very noob in this program and all.

Yeah WPE link is no longer working. But I just recently tried the latest version of Wireshark and managed to do it successfully. On what part specifically did you got lost? Maybe I can help.

On Step4 in Wireshark. It is different. I tried to check/uncheck the boxes when I start then stop, no packets were recorded. I will upload the picture later.
