Stranges Errors on private server

Hello, i have just downloaded the openkore master , and when i log with xkore 0, i have a 10060 error.
when i log with kore 1, its fine , i can go into the map, but when i do some spells, my window is frozen ( critical explosion / dispell...havent try them all )
but its only when i do the skill, when its others people who do the same skill as me, it doesnt make me frozen screen.....
and i'm sure to have the right server configuration ( maybe not the right ServerType tho , i used PE viewer, it says : 2010 july 30
so i picked the 2010_08_03 Ragexe, since between 2010 07 30 , and 2010 08 03, there was no Ragexe servertype.
