Help yourself first.
No one wanna help anyone who do nothing.
There is a FAQ & READ ME section about how to ask for help.
I'm 100% sure by just writing "Please help" will not get any good reply.
Imagine, police receive a call and someone said "Please help, thanks."
What would the police do?
A- Immediately send help.
B- Asking for more information.
C. Hang up the phone.
D. Playing candy crush while leaving u on hold.

so i have the same problem thats op has, mainly i cant get server and master version
