If you are not talking to NPC, logic thinking is you can't respond to NPC.
If you are talking to NPC, there are various type to respond to NPC.
It's clearly as it said "You are not talking to NPC".
If you wanna some explanation, it's exactly as the wiki says.
It's like you are at prt_fild08 and trying to talk to kafra at comodo, get what I say?
Try go through the verification code by playing manually with openkore.
Then use that step in your macro.
You need to understand the command first.
