I can't log in my private server

hi, im trying to loggin in a private server with static ip. The server and the openkore are in the same pc.
I tryed using my public ip and my local ip withou any good result.
My best approach was get connected, but server set disconnected after a few seconds.
A tryied to follow the most tips found in this forum and other on youtube without success.
Any idea about what is wrong?
