I can't response to the npc through console - Uknown NPC

I'm a noob with using openkore but I'm a fast learner. The server I'm playing with doesn't work with autosell command, my config.txt and items_control.txt is good as far as I know. But there is a command in the server @autosell1 which asks for an item id to autosell as soon as it's picked up. I can't response to the npc because the npc shows as a player and it's name is Uknown #110019929 anybody can help me?
