I don't think they can track the items. Sure they can but it is costly to do so. Trade-logs would be somewhat efficient but loots would be a big fat database. So if you transfer items between characters make sure you login with different IPs and drop the items rather than trading them.

for the people who needs proxy ip, you can use tor. download tor and connect to tor network. then with proxycap, set your proxy to 127.0.0.1 port:9050. now you're good to go! however, the lag is enormous. it's hard to use. so I only use it for vending or botting lame characters.

you want to run 2 ragexe clients at the same time with xkore support. did I get your problem correct? then you need to have dual client hack. that's the only way to run 2 clients at the same time.
