serverType may be wrong. Download PE Viewer and follow the manual http://openkore.com/index.php/ServerType

Maybe the version is 0 and the master version is 0. Anyway you can also use PE Viewer to access to the version. Load some .grf like data.grf or nameoftheserver.grf and search for clientinfo. Usually "The Server has denied your connection" error mean wrong serverType.

Did you tried to start core as Xkore 1, Xkore 2 and Xkore 3 ?

Sometimes it need different serverType.

I noticed something quite strange. When I extract, with Packet Extractor v3 and Ever_Rox, any different Ro.exe from different server, I have always the same revpackets.txt

Only PEEK is giving to me a different one at each time.
