They charged no one yet. It has been brought to the main community, and disaproved which i agree. If they decide to go ahead and charge still, then the administrators should take action. But they said they will cancel.

They are not forced to share any code if they do not want to. The whole point is about grabing code and hide implementations based on this code, hiding it for selling. Since they wont do such anymore.
