you dont have to struggle with v3.
I believe my extractor wouldn't fail where v3 succeeds,
the ragnarok .EXE file MUST be named "ragexe.exe" or else it won't work.
just ignore any other files than 'recvpackets.txt' if your server is not bRO.

as far as I know, 10060 means server is offline.

you are probably sending wrong "move" packet.
turn on 'debugPacket_sent' in your config.txt and check what packet is being sent when trying to move.
then, log in on your regular client and check what is the packet sent when trying to move (if you're on wireshark, use 'ip.dst == yourMapServer' filter).
