Equip certain item when using certain skill

Hi,

Is there a quick way to make kore wear a specific equipment when using a certain skill? In my case, I want my RK to equip Hunting Spear when using Spiral Pierce and Atlas Weapon when using Bowling Bash/Ignition Break or doing normal attack. Is this something already supported or do I really have to resolve to writing a macro/plugin?
