Bot wont use Crazy Uproar/ Loud Exclamation

Hey guys,

why isnt my kore using the crazy uproar skill on my merchant? i tried both :

but he wont just do it

Ok sorry i found my two faults, the first one was "load" exclamation and the second was that i have to use combination of
Use loud exclamation whenstatusinactive crazy uproar
