Opening Multiple Bots on Linux (Ubuntu 12.10)

i was looking for a way to run multiple bots at a time on Ubuntu. Like how BotOrganizer does it or like this topic right Here

I tried using Wine on BotOrganizer but Wine has problems with Microsoft Visual C++

im new to linux so please be kind
