Teleport delay

So I still have the problem with Teleport Delay.. Delay after teleport when routing, teleporting from players, or maybe in general.. I also noticed that my Monk teleports fast (or normal) but only for 4 times then it waits for about 5 seconds.. Even when my bots are being attacked already they don't do anything like they're waiting for some kind of delay after teleport.
