account name doenst exist.

i have everything downloaded, i put in my name/password and pick server. philippines - pRO: valkyrie. and it comes up to account name doesn't exist what am i to do? can someone help me please.
this happens every time even tried a diffent account of mine.

is there anything i need to download other than the 3 marked required on http://www.openkore.com/wiki/index.php/downloads ? if so will you tell me? i know im noobish >.<

Try picking the right server. Are you suer you have the exact correct server info? Didn't you choose another pRO server for example? Check, check again, and triple check everything.
