error help please 4 days going nuts

ok this is the whole error.txt
i changed the iro valkrie server ip to get past error 10060
all will long in fine but when it get to where is should start walking and doing it's thing i get this whole error.
please some one help!!!

i run fully up to date windows xp with sp3 and so on any question i "will" be on all day

OK it was my desktop nothing more. i still do not know what could of made this happen. maybe this will help some one later on. all is working fine now

i found out buy running it on my laptop and it worked and laptop have the best of everything so i knew the other computer had an issue. thanks for looking.

Anyway you could give a step by step solution to get past the error: 10060 issue for the Valkyrie server. I have been going thru these forums and elsewhere trying to figure it out for weeks now. If you could thanks, anyone else can I thank you aswell.
