Addon Command Menu on WxStart

Hello.
Can any mod make addon new custom menu command on WxStart ?
On the "Info" bar, make a new command like :

• Party
  Guild
  Equipment
  Quest

[Kaspy]

You could show their attempts to create menus?

Honestly, I do not think it is good to make changes in the current Wx interface. Best of maintainability would be the version that Ethernel started and stopped
