My config.txt had been wiped

I accidentally opened my bot today and it was my server's maintenance. when I came back 8 hrs later All my bots had closed (from DC on max disconnect) and when I opened one of it - it asked me for my server number. So i check my config.txt and found out that everything was wiped out except for the "spaces".

Did i do something wrong?

sometimes when you are running a shitload of programs and CPU usage is very high, then you suddenly close the bot. that happens.
