Monsters treated as NPC

#1 Post by Dark Airnel »

I have been getting this messages on my console lately. It's kinda annoying. Is there any configuration I need to change to keep OK from displaying these?

Code: Select all

Removed actor with off map coordinates: (611,328)->(611,328), field max:
(380,380)
Removed actor with off map coordinates: (531,872)->(531,872), field max:
(380,380)
Removed actor with off map coordinates: (659,664)->(659,664), field max:
(380,380)
Removed actor with off map coordinates: (643,712)->(643,712), field max:
(380,380)
NPC Unknown #110337652 (0) is casting Double Strafing on you (Delay: 1000ms)
Removed actor with off map coordinates: (867,872)->(867,872), field max:
(380,380)
[100/100] Unknown #110337652 uses Double Strafing (Lv: 1) on you (Dmg: Miss)
(Delay: 1008ms)
[100/100] Monster Kobold Archer (0) attacks you (Dmg: Miss!) (Delay: 1008ms)
[100/100] Monster Kobold Archer (0) attacks you (Dmg: Miss!) (Delay: 1008ms)
Removed actor with off map coordinates: (147,920)->(147,920), field max:
(380,380)
I'm getting the message regardless if using XKore 1 or not. I'm quite sure the Kobold was treated as NPC at first. One more thing, the bot has issues selecting target monster. At times it will ignore the nearest one and will randomly pick farther monsters.

No No. Check out the Off Map Coordinates, and How OpenKore recognized NPC and then suddenly that NPC became Mob.
That's unusual. And May indicate Wrong or Bugged Server Type.

Can you please Check the compilation date of the ragexe.exe or whatever it's called in client folder?
It could be one of the new binaries, that OpenKore does not support yet.

IC. So it's possibly the Version misconfiguration problem.

If Anyone have time to improve kRO Server Type tree, please do so. I do not have time to check every single file.

This has been fixed on SVN 7922. However, the server had an update and here's the compilation date:

4DBFC7D0 : May 3, 2011 9:16:0

Now it displays these messages during map change or when changing coordinates (walking):

Code: Select all

Removed actor with off map coordinates: (448,0)->(448,0), field max: (312,392)

I'm trying to study how farrainbow fixed it but I guess my knowledge is limited.
