start.exe error after executing

Hi, i downloaded openkore_ready Feb. 02, 2012 but after extracting and running i get an error. Can you please help me what should I do to fix it?

I dont know how to put a pic in here and I cant attach it too so Im just gonna type the error message.

Error:

(Do you need to predeclare debug?)

The error message is:

Hi. I already fixed it buy reformatting. I dont know if its because Im using a 64 bit Win 7 OS or something but when i reformatted and went back to a 32 bit OS it worked... Anyway thanks for viewing / reading my post
