Many problems to get server config

Hi!
I'm trying to get the connection data from this server. I've tryed with WPE, when i execute it as admin i can see the exe but get no packages. I've tryed with wireshark but it is a little bit confusing for me and i can't get anything clear. i also tried looking for the clientinfo.xml but is empty in data folder and unreadible in grfs

Could anyone help me?
