This is just a problem with a branch of eAthena's renewal. Some of the renewal servers work, most don't. Kore is really made for official ro, not PServers and most renewal servers just don't work anymore because of it. I don't really know what they've done, but it's clearly a lot more than just Cook...

Doesn't matter. Cookie uses weird packet structure and can't be botted anyway. All monsters appear as NPCs.

Have you re-run the Wireshark/WPE process to make sure you're still connecting using the right version/master?
If they updated the whole server, it may no longer be the same.

Yeah, I got that once. All of the files are there. The thing is (I think) you made a typo on your servertype settings. If I recall properly I did something like entered 10-12-09 instead of 10-12-08. Just make sure your servers.txt file is right and the problem should go away.

Basically, the packets are unencrypted, but in non-standard order. Specifically the actor data. If you understand packet structure(I don't) you can fix this. Otherwise, the server is basically unbottable.
