they are banning account now.

what i think is, if one of your account is flagged as bot, thet will check all the other account with the same ip address, then ban them all...
one of my account was not ban because for some reason it couldn't connect at the time they were banning.

It's proven true for years since old servers exist, so you need to learn for Odin new/returning players...

You'll need to make some efforts for at least reducing chance for normal players identify you as bot. Gear-less or headgear-less characters are easier to spot plus some auto-follow and dummy names like NameA to Z, Name000 to 100... Even if you can make more and many accounts, trust me WP will make register process harder from time to time....

Use back up accounts as well so you don't lose most of your stuff. I typically shift them so if they reach certain levels, they'll be stop botting and just offline...

Yeah was about to stop the higher level bots that I had too bad they got flagged already during the latest server maintenance. Massive ban happening.

I think there is a new method to detect bot after maintenance. All my bots with different VMs, PCs were detected and send to prt_fild08 at the same time. Of course, each bot has different IP by vpn or proxy. These methods are useless to avoid detection. There is no any sign shown on console. You are just transfered to another map. If go outside, you will be put on sec_pri.

Same here. 2 of my newly created bots were brought to sec_pri. I assumed my first 6 bots were also brought on the said map. Anyhow, anyone who's still keeping up with their bot? How about on having the bot play for only 8 hours? I think they are just flagging bots to those who are lagging in for more than that.

Hi! How did you do that with your bot? On detecting a GM and will proceed on DC?

Look in your avoid.txt

I believe it only works on GMs if they're not hiding

My bots were transfered to another map directly at the same time, no magic or gm. It is done by system, not GM. There are some rules to catch these bots automatically. So I think avoid.txt is useless for this situation.

Yes but I was just responding to @ysabelle

I believe they just transfer everyone on the map assuming everyone is a bot. Those that move around and or shout may be transferred back out. The rest auto ban

My 8 bots (distributed on 2 PCs with vm +vpn) were located on different maps. They were catched and transfered to the same map at the same time. I have no idea how they can detect that. Do you have any other idea? Thanks.
