Problem from izlude to izlu2dun

Well, I have a problem when I bot from Izlude to Byalan Island (Izlu2dun). I don't know why, even I have more than 1m zeny here, when I talked to the sailor, and the problem came out in this way.

Insufficient zeny to pay for service at izlude (201,181)

Can someone please help me fix this? This occurred even I have more than 150zeny to go to Byalan Island.
It would be pleasure if you can show me step-by-step, I'm a noob to Openkore.

Is zeny amount displayed correctly ("s" command)?

What do you mean by ("s" command) ? I think I put the correct stuffs into the portals.txt. If I'm not mistaken, let me show you what I put in the portals.txt.

izlude 201 181 izlu2dun 107 50 150 c r0
izlu2dun 108 27 izlude 176 182 0 c r0

Take a look, whether it's correct or not, or tell me other stuffs which can fix it.
