Virtual Machines without Poisedon server

Hello everyone, I want to ask how to bot on xkore 3 with the use of virtual os, e.g. having the ro client on the virtual os and the bot on the main host. I really want to know how the ro client can connect to the bot.
I have been trying for the whole day by using Charles and didnt get any result. Can anyone suggest the way how to place the ip address and port ?
