So what if it's in Russian. It'll still work, won't it?

The plugin is in english (or better in perl), the forum is in russian.
Technology wrote:And if it were implemented, you wouldn't be capable of using it anyways,
because u can't even write a simple macro.
Nobody is calling you stupid, let me rephrase it:
"you or anyone else wouldn't be able to use the FULLY AUTOMATED functionality of this plugin without macro"
(i'm not saying its impossible to do it without macro...)

Sending text commands is not rocket science, is a weak argument.
Without the hard work of some people openkore wouldn't even exist for you to send the text commands.
You should learn to respect and acknowledge other people's work.
Cozzie wrote:I dont see how this can be abused =/ Or at least, the cons outweighs the pros.
The main con is that all pro's get disabled when every botter makes use of this.
Compare it to the reason why support proxy is not implemented.

There is always people who disrespect others, so inbox bombing like this will happen sooner or later.
With the outcome of openkore being stigmatized and all openkore members being victimized.

Looking at the plugin:

Code: Select all

	if ($titlelength < 41){
		$title = stringToBytes($title);
	}else{
		error "Error: too long <title> parameter.\n";
		return 0;
	}
	$title = stringToBytes($title);
lol, for what reason is it doing this twice?
"$title = stringToBytes($title);"

Btw the datapacking can be done in 1 line.
One ST0 to rule them all? One PE viewer to find them!
One ST_kRO to bring them all and in the darkness bind them...

Mount Doom awaits us, fellowship of OpenKore!

You always can use Google Translation - http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en
You can send items by using macros.
Example: do igmail item PlayerName New_Card @ inventory (Poring Card) 1

You don't even need to get char names. You can send at least 10 mails per second without getting disconnected or interfering with your bot's ability to spam chat. It costs 0z to send mail, you don't have to interact with the mailbox, and it is almost assured to get the feature removed from the game. You could, theoretically, mail every single active player on iRO in ~2-3 days using ~4 accounts. Sure, you'd miss a few characters, but you'd hit almost every active account and many inactive ones as well. This excludes grabbing names from outside sources (collecting players in towns/leveling spots ahead of time, ropd).

Once a spam effort starts you have all the names you've seen - your name list just keeps growing. I honestly don't think it is much of a threat. Spammers aren't sending people private messages even though that would be far more annoying than spamming public chat.
Oh no.
