AI Doesn't give up | SVN 6458

#1 Post by Bibian »

It seems like the AI in revision 6458 doesn't give up on trying to attack a monster.

Code: Select all

# aiv
ai_seq (auto) = route attack route
solution
Active tasks: -
Inactive tasks: -

# ai ai_v
{useSelf_skill_1_time=>'1219046713.99629',useSelf_skill_2_time=>'1219047006.497
45',AI_last_finished=>'1219047220.08813',inventory_time=>'1219047061.88836',tem
p=>{ai_route_index=>'0',ai_route_attackOnRoute=>'',found=>''},cart_time=>'12190
47061.88836',autoConfChange_0_timeout=>'0',npc_talk=>{empty}}
The AI keeps trying to route to a monster it can not reach, even using AI clear doesn't help.
You have to manually teleport the bot, while the bot should give up after 12 seconds and then (according to my config) teleport.

Was something changed in this behaviour?

teleportAuto_lostTarget has been fixed in revision 6459... but the bot will still not give up after the set period of 12 seconds.

Hmm after testing a bit it seems the bot does give up eventually, i set the timeout to 0.1 and it did give up instantly on every monster...
I'd have to see if it still works after prolonged botting
