No, no need to reinstall, I think you just didn't finish installing Openkore properly. In the ToitoiseSVN guide http://www.openkore.com/index.php/TortoiseSVN_Guide, there is a step 7 that says :-
7. Download Openkore binaries here http://misc.openkore.com/ and put them in your Openkore folder.
Do this step 7 and u it should be working fine. Run the bot from start.exe

I got all files with the TortoiseSVN Guide method and the binaries also as the guid said but when i start with start.exe it comes this:





I just payed VIP on iRO some days before patch and now i can't bot

Is there any other way to fix this "Packet Parser: Unkown switch: 08C8"? My bot just keep sitting and spamming this on iRO Valkyrie.
