I updated Kore through Tortoise SVN, but after the update, which I believe that has something to do with the translations, Kore started going nuts needing missing files that weren't in the table folder before. The bot ran fine before the update without saying that these tables are needed/missing.

Did you update your tables folder?

For hand Update you need to SVN check out at least 2 folders (main + src, tables).
If you need fresh snapshot, always look at our SVM mirrors and misc.openkore.com for win binaries.

Meh, not a bug.
