[Cannot Extract recvpackets.txt because of ROCSHIELD v2.3]

Hello There.

Im having trouble with ROCSHIELD v2.3 its kind a protection for server's client

Please help me figure it out so i can extract the recvpackets.txt successfully.

Update : I Tried the dissasembler and hex editor. The problem is i cant save the hex i already edit. It's keep's saying that the bRO Patcher.exe does not allowed permission to change the file.

the reason i use bro patcher.exe because in bro.exe there's only 1 import.

or please somebody there do it for me. im really noob in hex editing.

Please let me know if you have the solution. My server also uses Rocshield v2.24
