This packet extractor seems good for twRO, except the packet length for 07D9.

The extractor says

Code: Select all

07D9 12 12 1
But the workable length is

Code: Select all

07D9 268 268 1

ROX_Leopardo, where to take your "Rox_extractor"?

need to add information to:
http://openkore.com/index.php/Recvpackets.txt
I'm working on IDC script for extract the recvpackets.txt
gamenikko wrote:here's my extractor.exe

https://www.dropbox.com/s/h6irm8v4tt03mbc/extractor.exe

I managed to pull out that from pRO's client,
the thing is, it crashes whenever I execute it with cmd,
I did everything, disable AV, and administrative rights,
I dont know why.

Im using,

Code: Select all

Win 7 Home Prem.
Probably the Packet extractor v3 does not support your Ragexe, you will need manually extract the recvpackets.
how do you manually extract the recvpackets?

4) run "start.exe ! packet_extract.pl your_exe_name.exe" or "perl packet_extract.pl your_exe_name.exe" to generate extractor.exe
5) run "extractor.exe > recvpackets.txt" to save extracted packets to text file.
i don't really get what is the meaning to this... do i have to rename it? what to rename? please reply me :(

you dont have to struggle with v3.
I believe my extractor wouldn't fail where v3 succeeds,

the ragnarok .EXE file MUST be named "ragexe.exe" or else it won't work.
just ignore any other files than 'recvpackets.txt' if your server is not bRO.
