Commands::cmdMove and maps.txt

Commands::cmdMove shouldn't depend on maps.txt data. I don't know about other servers, but bRO's maps.txt is incomplete, making it impossible to move to some maps with cmdMove, even though they exist. We should check for the .fld file!
