as far as I know, 10060 means server is offline.
so, either server down or wrong ip.
you should confirm server's ip with wireshark.

Do you know your IP and Port in wireshark?
Do you have this wrong way but I found ip and port from Client.xml in GRFfactory?

You cant bot on TalonRO. Bcuz it is protected with Harmony Shield. In short, unbottable server.
Better play VanRo. xD

Hi guys,any news about talon ro botting?
if not,i'm actually a java programmer but I know a bit of c++ too..can anyone suggest me where to start in order to hack harmonia or make openkore work on talon ro?

There is really NO WAY you can bot on TalonRo, same with ZetaRo. It is protected with Shield.
Better play other servers.
