it says that to put the value of teleportAuto_allPlayers to "2" but bot still teleports when a party member is around.

Does it happen all the time or just some at a time?

Yes, it happens all the time. I manually move my other char to go toward the bot and it teleports even though it's set to "2". I reloaded and even restarted the whole client. I'm in RO trans

Which version are you using?
When was it last working?

Last time I checked, openkore abit slow receive character information when there are too many on the screen.
You can try set to 0 and let the character information loaded and then try set to 2 to see if it still teleported to determine the cause.
Also, try using teleportAuto_notPlayers with account ID.

And for better result, try using it with clean version without any other modifications.
Not sure about private servers tho.
