Unfortunately, Win 7 have compatibility issues with the unpacker even if you set the compatibility on the properties.
Just download a VM and use WinXP x86 OS for it.

I temporarily changed the serverType of pRO settings in the SVN. Try downloading the latest from openkore.collectskin.com.
