In fact when I open up mon_control.txt and put in some monsters for openkore to ignore it won't ignore them.
I want to ignore let's say Furious Hode. Here's what i put in the txt on a new line:

No, the monster is not aggressive so putting 0 or -1 wouldn't matter. But as I said before I put some other monsters in, not just on the map I'm leveling, but Openkore won't ignore them.
