Assigning master and slave relationships in a big party.

I'd like to know how the RoBOTicists here, veteran to amateurs, set up their RoBOTs when they are in a big party.

A party of a slave and master is the basic party construction, however, what happens when you have three, four or more? Who becomes the master? Who becomes the slave?
Is it the supporting priest, followed by the hunter and the crusader? Or is it the tanking crusader?

I have tried it with three: a priest, an alchemist and a crusader. The crusader becomes the master, followed by the damager alchemist and the supporting priest. The hardest to configure is the alchemist who will damage the target(s).

How do YOU set up a party of RoBOTs bigger than two?
