Incomplete PM MSG?

After latest svn update it seems my bot receive incomplete message via PM.

For example if I pm 123456789 to bot, in bot console I only get 56789 and the 1234 went missing?

Doesn't happen before until this new SVN update.

Happens when used old PM packet type.

Nice!! Using Deprecated ServerTypes, and Submitting bug, about "Does not work here and there".
