I'm having the same problem, just can't find the characters, I tried switch from valhalla server to new loki, but the new loki server does not exist...

Can this problem be solved by taking the Server information via the WPE and Wireshark? I did it in private servers but I don't know if it will fix this specific problem... If not then we will all need professional help

i think its the charblock is the problem or if not the table from recievepackets.... is having an issue. we'll just have to wait for someone more experience to deal with this as this server migration is not a common issue/problem.
