Lowerping worked just fine for me when I tested this.
I am using Windows XP SP3. Which OS are you using? Sorry for taking an entire month to do this.

My bad, I didn't realize lowerping has their own proxy application now and rops works fine with it. I used to run RO through sockscap and the RO client just freeze when connect.
