That's the same problem im experiencing, regarding comtalk,yuer,xiaukia1 posted.
Hoping somebody will help us in this kind of issue becoz it is not yet solve. we dnt know what command we will put in the plugins. tnx guys

Please, turn debug on and post again.
Find at config.txt the line debug 0 and change it to debug 1. Don't forget to reload the config file or just close and run the openkore again.

Their still an error when i used the code u have given to comtalk and i activated debug 1

Our server consist of BOT check when u login and associated with police, but i already solve the police. my only problem is when i login.. Do you have codes or a plugins regarding this?

Follow the steps:
1) Find at your config.txt file the line logConsole 0 and change it to logConsole 1
2) Run your bot
3) Wait to happen the event you want to record
4) Open your console.txt, you will find it at your logs folder
